Mill House Media shall not be held liable for damages, losses, or negative outcomes resulting from the use of free AI tools, AI-generated outputs, templates, or resources.

SaaS Subscriptions

If you subscribe to any Mill House Media software services, the following subscription, account, payment, and platform rules apply.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, login details, password, and any activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to use our SaaS platforms to send unsolicited spam, host illegal content, violate anti-spam regulations, or misuse the platform in any unlawful or harmful way.

Payments and Refunds

Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis. All sales are final. You may cancel your subscription to prevent future billing, but prorated refunds are not issued for the current billing cycle.

Platform Uptime

While we strive for strong uptime, our SaaS services rely on third-party infrastructure, including GoHighLevel. Mill House Media is not liable for interruptions outside of our direct control.

Community Guidelines

By joining a Mill House Media community hosted on Skool or another platform, you agree to follow our community standards and code of conduct.

Treat all members with respect. Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.

No Spamming

Do not use the community to indiscriminately pitch your services through posts, comments, or direct messages unless specifically allowed.

You retain ownership of the content you post, but you grant Mill House Media a non-exclusive license to use, display, and share that content within the context of operating and promoting the community.

Right to Terminate

Mill House Media reserves the right to remove any member from the community at its sole discretion, without warning or refund, if community guidelines are violated.

These community rules are designed to protect members, maintain quality discussions, and preserve the value of the Mill House Media community experience.
